Perak Palliative Care Society was one of the organizations selected for the Malaysian Hospice and Palliative Care Council (MHPCC) Travel Grant to attend the 𝟏𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐀𝐏𝐇𝐂) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, organised by Asia Pacific Hospice Palliative Care Network .
Two of our palliative care nurses flew over to Kuching for the 4-day event. The plenaries and sessions featured speakers from various fields of expertise, who shared invaluable information and enlightening insights with the participants.
It was truly an enriching experience to be among like-minded individuals working for the advancement of palliative care in the region and beyond. We hope to use the knowledge gained for continuous improvement of our services to the community.
